Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies: Booking Policy: All appointments must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system. When you confirm your appointment, it guarantees your reserved time. To ensure we can provide the best service possible, we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, in some cases, we may not be able to provide the full service. Certain services may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to other clients. Rescheduling outside of the 24 hour period is of no cost and we are dedicated to working with our clients schedules. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced for payment. Refund Policy: For appointments that require prepayment or a deposit, if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule within 30 days of the original booking, the deposit can be applied toward the new appointment.
